In Lessines, Belgium, Takeda has a major production and supply site, particularly focused on plasma-derived therapies—important for treating rare and complex conditions.

About the Job

You will play a dual and pivotal role as both Strategic HR Business Partner (75%) and Talent Reward Lead (25%). You will also own and evolve the full suite of employee benefits and oversee harmonization of insurance related benefits in collaboration with our broker.

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, aligning people strategy with evolving business priorities.

  • Advise leaders on HR planning, talent management and team growth to drive results.

  • Lead change initiatives with energy, clarity and resilience across all levels.

  • Build leadership capabilities and drive succession planning across teams.

  • Support leaders in performance management, team effectiveness and talent development.

  • Foster a culture of trust, engagement and close connection with teams.

  • Promote diversity, well-being and employee experience through impactful programs.

  • Lead local reward processes: merit reviews, bonuses, and long-term incentives.

  • Ensure reward programs are fair, competitive and aligned with company policy.

  • Drive innovative benefits strategy in collaboration with social partners.

  • Use market data to benchmark and maintain equitable compensation practices.

  • Partner with global teams (C&B, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Legal) for HR alignment.

  • Build strong social dialogue to support ongoing business transformation.

  • Use HR analytics and digital tools to track, learn and improve continuously.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Social Law, Organizational Psychology or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role.

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial or regulated environments like pharma is highly valued.

  • HR leadership in a mid-sized company covering all HR functions is a strong plus.

  • Proven track record in driving organizational change and transformation.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills across all levels.

  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to support decision-making.

  • Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits, including benchmarking and global C&B collaboration.

  • Fluent in both French and English; other languages are a plus.
